Responsibilities :

The SaaS AI & LLM Specialist will lead the development and deployment of AI-driven SaaS solutions for BENZ Packaging’s customers. They will work closely with the product, technology, and business teams to create AI agents that improve packaging intelligence, automate workflows, and provide data insights.

This role requires expertise in SaaS development, cloud platforms, APIs, AI models, and the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Agent & LLM Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customer support, packaging queries, and process automation.
• Implement Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve customer interactions, automate FAQs, and provide intelligent insights.
• Fine-tune AI models for industry-specific language processing (packaging, logistics, supply chain).

SaaS Product Development:

• Architect cloud-based SaaS platforms that integrate AI/ML for customer use.
• Develop custom AI APIs for packaging solutions, customer queries, and operational insights.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate with existing ERP/CRM systems.

Customer-Centric AI Solutions:

• Build AI agents that assist customers with packaging recommendations, order tracking, and technical support.
• Develop AI-driven predictive analytics for moisture control, corrosion prevention, and packaging sustainability.

Technology & AI Integration:

• Work with NLP (Natural Language Processing), ML (Machine Learning), and deep learning models to enhance AI capabilities.
• Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions with IoT and smart sensors to collect and analyze packaging-related data.

Business & Strategy Alignment:

• Understand customer pain points and develop AI-driven SaaS solutions that add value.
• Research and stay updated on AI trends in packaging and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, operations) to align AI projects with business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, and LLMs (GPT-based models, custom fine-tuning).
• Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain, and NLP frameworks.
• Experience in cloud-based SaaS development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in API development, microservices, and database management (SQL, NoSQL, Graph DBs).
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and AI ethics.

Business & Analytical Skills:

• Knowledge of packaging, logistics, and supply chain processes (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and AI-powered automation.

• Receive and process customer's orders promptly.
• Ensure accuracy in order entry and track orders through to delivery.
• Check & update the current status of orders to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare & maintain sales reports & forecasts.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist sales team with quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate sales meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for Production & Dispatch for timely completion of orders.
• Manage & Maintain regular and monthly sales targets.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Certifications in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Project Management can be advantageous.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in both sales and production environments is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service roles can be valuable, given the need to interact with customers and handle inquiries.
• Experience managing projects, especially those related to production schedules and sales operations, can be very useful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems or CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and suppliers.
